Instructor Dawn Rowland, an instructor at PowerKenpo martial arts, self-defense and karate school in Dallas,
tests for her second degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate. Rowland successfully completed her two hour test
and was awarded her second degree belt on December 20, 2008 by Sifu Jim Dryburgh.
